How do I download and install your software?
There is no software to download or install!  Our software is totally web-based, which means the software is stored on our web server, and you use it by logging in to our system ... from any internet-enabled computer.  So, if you need to use the system from home, just login and away you go!  If you can get to the internet, you can run our software.

Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on a Microsoft SQL Server database, which is located at the same location as the web site server.  Both the database and the web site server have redundant backup procedures in place in case of an emergency.

Is my data secure?
Yes.  We use industry-standard 128-bit SSL technology to encrypt your data prior to it being sent from your computer to the web server.  Once you login to our system, you will see the "lock" icon on your browser, indicating that all data being transmitted is secure.

If we sign-up, how many people can use the system?
You can have as many people use the system as you want!  You are not charged by user, but by the amount of data you have stored on our system.

How much available disk space will I need to run your system?
Since both the software and data are stored on our servers, the amount of disk space you have is irrelevant. 

Which "modules" are included in your base rate?
We do not use "modules" or "packages"; nor do we price our service that way.  Everything you see in the system is included in our pricing model.
